We Are Stronger Together

Stronger together! Luke 5:12-16 (NKJV) 12
 And it happened when He was in a certain city, that behold, a man who 
was full of leprosy saw Jesus; and he fell on his face and implored Him,
 saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” 13 Then He put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately the leprosy left him. 14
 And He charged him to tell no one, “But go and show yourself to the 
priest, and make an offering for your cleansing, as a testimony to them,
 just as Moses commanded.” 15 However, the report went around 
concerning Him all the more; and great multitudes came together to hear,
 and to be healed by Him of their infirmities. 16 So He Himself often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed. Covid like leprosy has had negative consequences for many. Covid also brought isolation ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; From man ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; From God Covid, like Leprosy, brought many social ills and mental illnesses. May people would lose contact with families. Some lost income and houses. Some would even lose their loved ones. Losing contact with God: Some churches are reporting that 50 percent of their congregations are no longer attending. Teenage pregnancies sky rocketed and many Christians backslid and went back to living worldly lives. There is no doubt that like the man full of leprosy many were left disfigured in some way and away from God. It’s no wonder that we are encouraged to gather as the church Hebrews 10:25 (AMP) 25
 Not forsaking or neglecting to assemble together [as believers], as is 
the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging, and 
encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day
 approaching. When Elijah felt isolated he felt he was the only one left that served God. 1 Kings 19:10 (NKJV) 10
 So he said, “I have been very zealous for the LORD God of hosts; for 
the children of Israel have forsaken Your covenant, torn down Your 
altars, and killed Your prophets with the sword. I alone am left; and 
they seek to take my life.” Come to Jesus &nbsp;Luke 5:12-16 (NKJV) 12

 saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” Man of Gadara Mark 5:1-20 (NKJV) 1
 Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the 
Gadarenes. 2 And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met
 Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, 3 who had his 
dwelling among the tombs; and no one could bind him, not even with 
chains, 4 because he had often been bound with shackles and chains. And 
the chains had been pulled apart by him, and the shackles broken in 
pieces; neither could anyone tame him. 5 And always, night and day, he 
was in the mountains and in the tombs, crying out and cutting himself 
with stones. 6 When he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshiped Him.
 7 And he cried out with a loud voice and said, “What have I to do with 
You, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I implore You by God that You do 
not torment me.” 8 For He said to him, “Come out of the man, unclean spirit!” 9 Then He asked him, “What is your name?” And
 he answered, saying, “My name is Legion; for we are many.” 10 Also he 
begged Him earnestly that He would not send them out of the country. 11
 Now a large herd of swine was feeding there near the mountains. 12 So 
all the demons begged Him, saying, “Send us to the swine, that we may 
enter them.” 13 And at once Jesus gave them permission. Then the unclean
 spirits went out and entered the swine (there were about two thousand);
 and the herd ran violently down the steep place into the sea, and 
drowned in the sea. 14 So those who fed the swine fled, and they told
 it in the city and in the country. And they went out to see what it was
 that had happened. 15 Then they came to Jesus, and saw the one who had 
been demon-possessed and had the legion, sitting and clothed and in his 
right mind. And they were afraid. 16 And those who saw it told them how 
it happened to him who had been demon-possessed, and about the swine. 17
 Then they began to plead with Him to depart from their region. Mark 5:18-20 And
 when He got into the boat, he who had been demon-possessed begged Him 
that he might be with Him. However, Jesus did not permit him, but said 
to him, "Go home to your friends, and tell them what great things the 
Lord has done for you, and how He has had compassion on you." And he 
departed and began to proclaim in Decapolis all that Jesus had done for 
him; and all marveled. Woman at the well John 4:39 And many of
 the Samaritans of that city believed in Him because of the word of the 
woman who testified, "He told me all that I ever did." God is going to use this encounter with Jesus to turn you into a seed of revival! We are Stronger together! When you get back to God When you get back to church – the gathering When you encounter Jesus your are stronger. Revival took place when those in isolation came back. The kingdom advanced and many were reached for Jesus In fact, His fame went throughout the land. Your life, your family, your church, your city All stronger together Ants: Together they are strong. Build bridges with their bodies and act as one. They use their smell to work closly together. Roots: Palm tree have to close together to withstand the storm. Rope: Made of many fine fibers which on their own will be broken but when woven together that rope will carry tones of weight. I’m calling today those who are at home for whatever reason. You carry the seeds of revival. No matter how far you may feel from God&nbsp; Jesus is still the restorer. No bondage is to strong for Jesus. There is no sin too strong for Jesus. Come like the Leper He is willing to touch you.
